At a recent training session, Dental Hygienist LeaAnne Hanney of Delta Dental briefed us on how performing the PreViser Caries (tooth decay) Risk Assessment may entitle some insured patients to additional benefits each year for diagnosing and PREVENTING dental disease. For patients without dental insurance, PreViser provides information on their individual risk for specific oral diseases and ACTIONS that they can take to AVOID these problems. A WIN-WIN for everybody!
